Our therapists are licensed professional counselors; LPC licensed clinical social workers LCSW, licensed marriage and family therapists LMFT, psychologists Ph.D. and licensed mental health counselors with a minimum of 2 years in practice.

The cost of therapy through Blueroomcare is $10/₦5,000 per week. You can save 10% by subscribing to the monthly plan which costs $25/₦18,000.

Note: You can cancel your membership at any time, for any reason.

This depends on your needs and varies a lot from one person to another. Some people feel they get most of the value after just a few weeks, while others prefer to stick to the program for an extended period. This is completely up to you.

Study shows that most people approach to life is influenced by their spiritual beliefs. So it makes sense that for many, their emotional issues can have a strong spiritual component, Faith-based counseling refers to counseling or psychotherapy that involves spiritual and/or religious components.

Once you are matched to a therapist, you and your therapist will get a dedicated "Blue Room", which will be your private and secure place to communicate.
In this room, you will write about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions and discuss the issues that trouble you. Your therapist will then read your messages, and respond with questions, feedback, insights, and guidance.

If you suffer from clinical depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance abuse issues, or suicidal thoughts — yes, you should see a therapist.
Even people who experience milder depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem may find therapy helpful.
