Our therapists are licensed professional counselors; LPC licensed clinical social workers LCSW, licensed marriage and family therapists LMFT, psychologists Ph.D. and licensed mental health counselors with a minimum of 2 years in practice.
Once you are matched to a therapist, you and your therapist will get a dedicated "Blue Room", which will be your private and secure place to communicate.
In this room, you will write about yourself, the things going on in your life, ask questions and discuss the issues that trouble you. Your therapist will then read your messages, and respond with questions, feedback, insights, and guidance
If you suffer from clinical depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorders, substance abuse issues, or suicidal thoughts — yes, you should see a therapist.
Even people who experience milder depression, anxiety, or low self-esteem may find therapy helpful.
The cost of therapy through Blueroomcare is $10/₦5,000 per week. You can save 10% by subscribing to the monthly plan which costs $25/₦18,000.
